Low Pressure PEEK Bulkhead Union - Complete

Bulkhead unions are designed to be mounted through an instrument panel or bracket for quick and reliable connection of low-pressure solvent lines. Available in two bore sizes for 1/16" and 1/8" OD tubing, with fittings included. Low dead volume. Completely inert and biocompatible.

Panel mounting (10 mm hole required). Use with color-coded adapters for easy solvent line identification.

Bulkhead unions are sold complete with fittings, and include:

• 2 PPS flangeless hex-head nuts
• 2 ETFE inverted ferrules
• 2 Color-Sleeve adapters

For 1/16" and 1/8" OD tubing with flangeless connections

Threads: 1/4-28 threads

Pressure rating: (varies with tubing material and ID)

TECH TIPS

• Use our impermeable tubing to avoid gas diffusion in the solvent lines
• While PEEK bulkhead unions are typically used with inverted ferrules, collapsible ferrules or flanged connections can also be used
